At Lira Naturals, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, our return policy is designed to make the process as smooth as possible.

  • Return Policy

We offer a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be in the same condition as received
  • Be unworn or unused
  • Have tags attached
  • Be in its original packaging

You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at liranaturals@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

Exchanges

To ensure you receive the desired item, we recommend returning the original item and, once accepted, making a separate purchase for the new item.



  • Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or Credit Card Company.

You will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on your location, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. For higher-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
